FLEMING LLP retains all information provided by our clients on a confidential basis.  Solicitor-client communications (i.e., when our clients reveal information to us in confidence in order to obtain legal advice or services) are privileged and we cannot be compelled to divulge such communications to any other party unless expressly authorized or directed by our clients.
