 William M. Gray, Q.C., was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1973 and his law degree in 1977 from the University of Alberta. Following graduation, he articled with FLEMING LLP, became a partner in 1983 and then Managing Partner in 1998. Mr. Gray currently sits on the Board of a publicly-traded Income Trust and was elected a Director of the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede in March 2006. Mr. Gray practices mainly in the areas of corporate/commercial and securities law.
